Talbert & Bright, Inc. is recognized as a leading airport consulting firm in the Southeast and is known for our attention to detail and client-focused service. The majority of our clients have worked with and relied on TBI continuously for more than 20 years.
Talbert & Bright (TBI) was incorporated in the State of North Carolina in 1989 by principals W. Stephen Bright, P.E. and John T. Talbert III, P.E to provide a higher level of airport consulting services to General Aviation and Commercial Service airports throughout the Southeast US. During the past 30 years, TBI has grown from its original office in Wilmington, NC to create three independent company locations in Charlotte, NC; Richmond, VA; and Columbia, SC. Our staff and its sister companies have performed over 2,000 airport planning, design, and construction projects throughout North and South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, and Maryland.
